What Should I Wear as a Wedding Guest?

ATB is a working cattle ranch. While we provide a drop off point, and golf car rides; we recommend wearing shoes you can walk in grass in, and dressing however the bride and groom tell you!

How Do I Get to Always Timeless Barn?

Just type “Always Timeless Barn” into your Apple or Google maps and technology should bring you here!

The entrance to the venue is right by the green “Broadus Ln” sign with an asphalt entrance and a black metal sign that reads “Always Timeless Barn”.

Can We Buy Our Own Alcohol / Is ATB a BYOB Wedding Venue?

Yes, a great perk of Always Timeless Barn (ATB) is that you can purchase your own alcohol. However, all alcohol must be served by TABC-certified and insured bartenders from behind the bar—guests cannot BYOB. We recommend a bartender-to-guest ratio of 1 to 75 for efficient service. For weddings with over 80 guests, we require two bartenders. If you’re offering full bar service, consider lowering the ratio to 1 to 50 for smoother service.
Pro Tip: Order your alcohol from Spec’s, as they allow you to return unopened bottles after your wedding. A good estimate is to plan for 2 drinks per person in the first hour and 1 drink per person for every hour thereafter.

Is Security Required?

Security is required for all events serving alcohol. The requirements are:

• 1 security guard for events with up to 150 guests.

• 2 security guards for events with over 150 guests.

Do You Offer a Payment Plan? What Does It Take to Reserve a Date?

Yes, we offer a monthly payment plan to make planning easier. We will divide your total cost by the # of months until your event date. Final payment is due 30 days before your event.

To reserve your date, we require two things:

1. A signed contract.

2. The first payment.

Do You Offer Special Rates for Short Notice or Smaller Weddings?

At Always Timeless Barn, we believe that everyone deserves a special wedding day, no matter the size, timing, or price range of the event. If you’re planning a micro wedding you can afford, or think a short notice date might work, please inquire about our special pricing options. We want everyone's wedding to be special and cherished.

Is ATB Dog-Friendly?

Absolutely! We welcome your pets on leashes and even offer specialty services just for them. Be sure to speak with our on-site pet specialist for more details.

Can We Visit the Venue Multiple Times Before the Wedding?

Yes, you are welcome to visit the venue as often as needed during our tour weekends to finalize your plans.

What Is Your Vendor Policy?

ATB offers full vendor flexibility, allowing you to choose your own vendors, stock your own bar, and even bring your own food.

Do You Have a Rain Plan?

Yes, we offer an indoor ceremony plan for outdoor ceremonies in case of inclement weather.

Do You Allow Rehearsal Dinners?

Yes! For weekend rentals, we offer optional indoor or covered outdoor space for your rehearsal dinner the evening before your wedding.

Can We Change Our Wedding Date?

We understand that plans can change. We allow up to 2 free date changes to future available dates.
