What’s Included in Our Weekday Wedding Package (Monday-Thursday):
Venue Experience
Private Day-Only Wedding: Only one wedding per day—your party will have the entire venue to yourselves!
1-Day Venue Rental: Exclusive use of the venue for 12hrs, with time to clean up for 1hr afterwards.
Rehearsal on the Day of Ceremony: Dedicated rehearsal time with venue coordinators the day of your wedding.
1 Month Planning Visit: Come walk through the venue and ensure every detail is ready for your special day!
On-Site Offerings
Bridal Suite: Separate rooms for the bride and groom with a shared kitchen area.
In-House Sound System: Speaker and microphone provided for your ceremony and reception.
Professional Coordination & Support: Our on-site coordinator assists with your timeline, sparkler send-off, and more. Our dedicated venue staff handles parking help if needed, trash care, restrooms, and any other needs.
Vendor Flexibility, Setup & Décor
Open Vendor Flexibility: Choose your own vendors, stock your own bar, or even bring your own food.
Tables & Chairs: 13 round tables, 4 farm tables, and up to 100 chairs included. All tables and chairs will be set up before your arrival.
Linens: Crisp, white, mid-length, ironed linen tablecloths provided for all round tables.
Décor & Serving Borrowing Closet: Access to our décor and serving pieces at no extra cost.
For Your Guests
Guest Comfort: 100 lap blankets available for guest use, along with an easel and sign.
Restrooms: 3 clean and well-maintained bathrooms on-site.
Free Guest Parking: Free parking, including overnight options, in our spacious pasture, with help available as needed.
Rain Plan: Indoor backup plan available for outdoor ceremonies.

Transparent Pricing for Any Additional Costs
Host liability insurance: $130
All alcohol must be served by a TABC Licensed and INSURED bartender that you hire.
If anything more than beer and wine is served, security is required at $175 additional cost
