What’s Included in Our Weekday Wedding Package (Monday-Thursday):

Venue Experience

• Private Day-Only Wedding: Only one wedding per day—your party will have the entire venue to yourselves!

• 1-Day Venue Rental: Exclusive use of the venue for 12hrs, with time to clean up for 1hr afterwards. 

• Rehearsal on the Day of Ceremony: Dedicated rehearsal time with venue coordinators the day of your wedding. 

• 1 Month Planning Visit: Come walk through the venue and ensure every detail is ready for your special day!

On-Site Offerings

• Bridal Suite: Separate rooms for the bride and groom with a shared kitchen area.

• In-House Sound System: Speaker and microphone provided for your ceremony and reception.

• Professional Coordination & Support: Our on-site coordinator assists with your timeline, sparkler send-off, and more. Our dedicated venue staff handles parking help if needed, trash care, restrooms, and any other needs.

Vendor Flexibility, Setup & Décor

• Open Vendor Flexibility: Choose your own vendors, stock your own bar, or even bring your own food.

• Tables & Chairs: 13 round tables, 4 farm tables, and up to 100 chairs included. All tables and chairs will be set up before your arrival.

• Linens: Crisp, white, mid-length, ironed linen tablecloths provided for all round tables.

• Décor & Serving Borrowing Closet: Access to our décor and serving pieces at no extra cost.

For Your Guests

• Guest Comfort: 100 lap blankets available for guest use, along with an easel and sign.

• Restrooms: 3 clean and well-maintained bathrooms on-site.

• Free Guest Parking: Free parking, including overnight options, in our spacious pasture, with help available as needed.

• Rain Plan: Indoor backup plan available for outdoor ceremonies.

• Outdoor Ambiance: Permanent café string lights set the mood in the backyard.

• Horse Carriage: Our elegant Vis-a-Vis carriage makes for stunning wedding photos.

• Cozy Fire Pit: Enjoy an outdoor fire pit, complete with an attendant for the evening.

• Patio Heaters: Two patio heaters to keep your guests comfortable in cooler weather.

• Fun Yard Games: Entertain your guests with cornhole, washers, Yahtzee, and giant Jenga.

• Outdoor Bar Tables: Three bar-height patio tables (with or without black tablecloths) for a stylish setup.

• Custom Bar: Beautiful custom wood bar with sink for your bartenders.

Flexibility & Convenience

• Flexible Date Changes: Up to 2 free date changes to future available dates.

• Easy Payment Plan: Monthly payment options to fit your budget.

• Prompt Communication: We respond to your inquiries, usually within 24 hours, via text or email.

• Complete Setup & Cleanup: All tables, chairs, and tablecloths are set up before your arrival. Venue staff handles all cleanup, so you only need to take your personal items at departure.
